Interactive Idea Center

We are humans and we all are like our fingerprints, unique and distinct. Just the way we differ in our individual characteristics from each other, we also differ in our individual ambitions, work habits, performances, efforts, job types  & goals. No two individuals could perform in the same way to give exactly the same output, even if they do, their work styles and conducts would still be different, so are their needs, both personal and professional.

The workplace must be designed in such a way that it best suits the individual's work style. Adding a flavor of an interactive environment to the work place boosts up the very performance of an individual. While everyone of us have specific personal needs, we have certain professional needs too.

Today the work needs have changed. The owners prefer to give their staff an interactive environment, where the office design and its set up interacts with the job type of each individual. The study and understanding  of the task specific factors that  influence and govern the performance of staff members, play an important role in establishing less stressed and more focused office ambience.

The present work style urges to create an Interactive Idea Center that perfectly complements the office staff requirements in terms of comfort, work style and technology for a better and focused work environment, that enhances the overall experience of the users and the visitors inside the very exceptional office design. Our Interactive Idea Center works on Zone Philosophy.

Zone Philosophy
Interactions within a work environment are divided into zones depending on the type of interactions and  requirements. Each interaction has a specific zone philosophy, which has a time quotient attached with it. While some interactions are brief, some are discussion based which are directed to reach a conclusion irrespective of the time it takes.

Type of Interactions:
Interpersonal Interactions - Interactions with customers/ Interactions with Vendors

Intra-Department Interactions - Interactions for communicating the guidelines within a department.

Inter-Department Interactions - Interactions between departments for communicating issues, solutions, extending or requesting support.

Department to Management Interactions - Interactions for communicating the targets, accomplishments, strategies, grievances, plans, extending or requesting support.

3rd Party Interactions - Interactions with a 3rd party for negotiations, tie-ups, technical support, training, workshops etc.

The Green Room Concept:

In show business, the space in a theatre, studio or similar venue which functions as a waiting room and lounge for performers before and after a performance, and during the show when they are not engaged on stage is known as the green room.

The same practice is followed even in the case of Conference Room Interactions, where certain warm-up and cool-down sessions are required before and after the conference. Just before the conference, certain preparations and final discussions are carried out, while in the post conference session the results, suggestions and comments are analyzed and concluded. What if these activities are conducted just near the conference room rather than in some distant meeting room.

Even if the important points are jotted down during a presentation or a conference, yet there are chances of losing the fresh ideas, pre or post conference session with every delayed minute taken to record it. Our Interactive Idea Centre with its flexibility to be accommodated anywhere in the office plan, makes the best fit for the present work style needs and interactions, which serves as an add on for efficiency, focus and ease of work practices.

For extending healthy interactions within an office, the following requisites are meant to be taken into consideration:

Work environment with no boundaries:
Creating  a work environment with no or extended boundaries in terms of a spacious arrangement within an office, enhances focus and performance of an individual for the accomplishment of  individual and organizational goals.

Acoustic privacy set ups within the work area for an unperturbed environment:
Personal interaction is a part of work practice in offices. These interactions are mostly official but distract the overall office environment. These are individual specific conversations where others are not a part of it and so an acoustic privacy set up helps in keeping the concentration of the office intact with an unperturbed environment.

Promoting breakout zones for interpersonal communications:
Meetings and discussions over company strategies, issues and concerns are the key attributes that help in establishing the guide lines and directions towards accomplishment of organizational goals. Break out zones within offices for interpersonal communications extend a distraction free concentration zone which promotes a focused and decisive environment.

Endless work style, size, shape and design possibilities for focused and interactive sessions:
Interactions, thoughts, ideas, innovations and work are not bound into a fixed structure, so the designs too must have endless possibilities, stimulating the grey cells to match up with the quality of work and promoting an interactive work experience.
